You can change the subjects/papers that you have registered without any amendment fee, if you have not paid your examination fees online and the amendments are made before the end of the registration period. The deadline for amendments can be found here.For amendments of subjects/papers after payment is made or after the registration period, you will have to complete and email the ‘Amendment Request Form’ and email to SEAB_gce_admin@seab.gov.sg. An amendment fee of S$20.00 (in addition to the new subject fee) will be applicable for each amendment request made.
You may request to withdraw from the entire examination provided that your withdrawal letters reach SEAB before the start of the year-end written examinationApplications for withdrawal from an examination must be made in writing to SEAB_GCE_Admin@seab.gov.sg via email.An acknowledgement will be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the withdrawal request.You may be given a 50% refund of subject fee paid (inclusive GST) if you submit your withdrawal requests to SEAB by the withdrawal deadline. No refund will be made to you if your request is made after the deadline.
