How do I use your Reference Enquiry services?

Can I collect my multimedia printouts at any floor?
Yes, after you have signed in with your username and password at the photocopying room.

Can I surf the Internet if I bring my own laptop to the library? Do you have word processing facilities too?
Yes, you can access the Internet through your laptops by selecting the "Wireless@SG" wireless network.
However, we do not offer word processing services.
5.
Why can't I download information from the multimedia stations onto my USB thumbdrive?
Content from databases and websites may be protected by copyright. As such, the library does not encourage downloading content onto any media in the library.
6.
How do I recommend a title?
If you have a good book or resource to recommend, use this e-service. (Note: a mylibraryid is required)
