How can I apply for a food shop or hawker stall license?

For hawkers and stallholders, you can now use your Singpass to access the one-stop e-services business site here.Hawker stalls come under the National Environment Agency (NEA)'s Tender Scheme More information is available on NEA's website here. Vacant stalls are awarded to the highest bidders, as long as there are competitive bids. NEA’s monthly tender exercise is held from the 13th to 26th of each month. The details are published in the Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Berita Harian and Tamil Murasu, on the 13th of every month. During the period of tender, tender forms are available at Customer Service Centre (CSC) at HDB Hub for $10/- per copy. The tender exercise closes at 10.30am on the 26th of each month, or the next working day if the 26th falls on a weekend or public holiday.
