The Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) has various programmes and events for different audiences. With its most focused audience in schools, SKM holds assembly talks and engages project teams by providing them training and seed funding for kindness/graciousness projects. At workplaces, SKM has initiated a Kindness@work programme that is aimed at helping working adults understand the rationale for graciousness and kindness to colleagues, subordinates and bosses. For the public at large, SKM themes up and coordinates Kindness Day activities. For influencers in different sectors of society, SKM organises a Kindness Conference annually, as well as partners with other organisations to give out kindness awards in their sectors (eg, public transport, service/hotels, good neighbours).
