I am living overseas. How do I register for a SingPass account?
Before you register for a SingPass account
, please complete these two steps:
Check that you fulfil the following eligibility requirements:
You are at least 15 years old,
You are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident / an Employment Pass holder / a Work Permit holder.
Ensure that the address stated on your NRIC/FIN card is correct. Click

Upon successful registration, your SingPass password will be mailed to your registered overseas address within 10 working days (depending on overseas postal services).
If I have misplaced (or did not receive) my PIN mailer, what should I do?
If you need to activate your SMS 2FA
Request a new PIN mailer from SingPass.
