Can I make an appeal for a review of my national examination results?
You may apply to appeal for a review of your examination results online by logging into SEAB's results release system, no later than 5 working days after the official release of the results. Appeals received after this period will not be considered. Please also ensure that payment of the appeal fee(s) is made through online banking, or PayNow, no later than 5 working days after release of results. Please note that your appeal application will not be processed if you miss the payment deadline.
You may submit your appeal application via SEAB's results release system, no later than the deadline for the submission of appeals for your examination each year. The payment for the appeal applications must be made through online banking, or PayNow, by the payment deadline for your examination each year.

Where do I get my login credentials for the SEAB’s results release system?
Private candidates who are SingPass holders will be able to login using their SingPass.
Note: If you are eligible to apply for SingPass and have not done so, please visit the SingPass website to register, activate and link your mobile phone/token to your SingPass account. Do note that the set-up process would take up to 7 working days and if you need to setup your SingPass immediately, you may visit any of the SingPass counters during their office hours.
Private candidates who are non-SingPass holders will receive their password via email to the email addresses that they have provided to SEAB. If you have not received your password, please provide your full name and a clear copy of front and back of your identification document in an email to SEAB_GCE_Admin@seab.gov.sg.
I am unable to login to SEAB’s results release system. How else can I submit an appeal for a review of my GCE-Level examination results?
Please provide your full name, identification number and a screenshot of the error that you encountered while logging into the SEAB’s results release system in an email to SEAB_GCE_Admin@seab.gov.sg. We will check and assist you from there.
