Note: In November 2012, NHB was transferred from the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA) to the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY). MICA was renamed the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI).

Foreigners may perform location filming in Singapore for short durations without a work pass. However, please note that foreigners can only perform these activities for the duration of their Short Term Visit Passes (STVPs) subject to a maximum of 60 days.
