For
a limited time after 10 July 2017, the FJC may assist you in making the
application without SingPass ID. Thereafter you should proceed to get a
SingPass ID as all subsequent application or transaction will require a
SingPass ID, for example filing of your documents in iFAMS.
|
6. |
After logging in, iFAMS will redirect you to a landing
page where relevant options will be available.
|
7. |
For individuals making an application for a Maintenance or Protection Order, you can prepare your application by logging in using your SingPass ID and thereafter proceed to one of the authorised agencies which deals with your type of application or the Family Justice Courts (FJC) to complete the application process. For other types of application, for example, request for change of court date, etc., you may submit the application directly to the FJC using your SingPass ID. If you have a counsel representing you, your counsel can log in using the CorpPass ID and submit the application on your behalf.
|
8. |
- iFAMS only allows PDF documents and a maximum file size of 4MB.
- If you find that a scanned file is too large, you can decrease the file size by adjusting your scanner settings. For example, you could scan in black and white
instead of colour and you can use a lower resolution.
|
9. |
- After
logging in with your SingPass ID, you may submit a request for the change of appointment at least 5 working days before the court date indicating the reason/s with supporting documents.
- If you have a counsel representing you, your counsel can also login using the CorpPass ID and submit an application for the change of appointment on your behalf.
- Please take note that if you do not receive a written notification that your application has been approved, you should attend Court at the original scheduled date and time
|
10. |
At the main page (iFAMS.gov.sg), using the
“Find your Court Session” function, enter the case number and your
identification number, and the system will display
the relevant court session.

You will be able to contact the iFAMS
helpdesk via:

If you intend to go
to an authorised agency please note that different agencies deal with different
types of cases. Please ensure that the agency you select does deal with the
type of application which you wish to file. If you go to an agency which does
not deal with the type of application which you wish to file, the agency would
not be able to assist you. Please also note the operation hours of the agencies
as set out in their website and call them directly if you have further queries.
