This feature allows authorised Third Party Service Providers to better manage user access to IRAS digital services within the entity. Administrators and Sub-Administrators with default access* can:
- Create/Remove Client e-Service Group(s)
- Add/Remove Users to Client e-Service Group(s)
- Add/Remove digital services to Client e-Service Group(s)

Service providers can create up to 80 groups of maximum 250 IRAS
digital service authorisations. Users of each group will be granted the
same IRAS digital services access.
This feature makes it even more
convenient to assign users to specific IRAS digital services, as it allows a
single assignment to a Client e-Service Group, rather than multiple assignments
to individual users.
