To create CorpPass accounts, you may do one of the following:
a. Create accounts individuallyi. Log in via CorpPass:
ii. Select 'Create New User'.
iii. Add new users by entering the required information (e.g. Full Name, Identity Type, NRIC / FIN / Foreign ID No., Email Address, Account Type).
iv. Click ‘Add new users’ for additional rows; or use the trash can icon to remove rows / users
Note: During account creation, CorpPass ID is an optional field. If left blank by the CorpPass Administrator (Admin) or CorpPass Sub-Administrator (Sub-Admin), users will need to specify their own CorpPass ID when activating their account.
b. Batch Create Users
i. Admins and Sub-Admins can create 10 or more User accounts at one go, by uploading a completed Excel template. Under ‘Users’, select 'Batch Create Users' and download the Excel template.
ii. You can also create accounts for new or existing users who are already transacting with EASY or GeBIZ by downloading an Excel template with pre-populated user profiles.
c. Create Accounts from Government Agencies
For users in your entity who have previously transacted with selected Government digital services, or who have existing EASY or GeBIZ accounts, their user profiles will be pre-populated onto CorpPass.
