To create Corppass accounts, you may do one of the following:
a. Create accounts individuallyi. Log in to Corppass Portal:
ii. Select 'Create New User'
iii. Add new users by entering the required information (e.g. Full Name, Identity Type, NRIC / FIN / Foreign ID No., Email Address, Account Type)
iv. Click ‘Add new users’ for additional rows; or use the 'trash can' icon to remove rows / users
b. Batch Create Users
i. Admins and Sub-Admins can create 10 or more user accounts at a time, by uploading a completed Excel template. Under ‘Users’, select 'Batch Create Users' and download the Excel template
Note: Accounts created by Admin and Sub-Admin via this batch template will be assigned ‘Default access to all e-Services’. Accounts created by restricted Sub-Admin via this batch template will not be assigned ‘Default access to all e-Services’.
