Where can I find information about long term planning strategy and direction for Singapore's physical development?
The Concept Plan 2001 set out the broad development directions for Singapore for the next 40-50 years. The long term physical development strategies for Singapore are outlined in the Concept Plan 2001. The Plan focuses on the long-term development direction, taking into consideration long term projections for economy, population and social needs. Information on the Concept Plan 2001 is available in the link below. The Concept Plan is reviewed every 10 years and the next review will be in 2011.

Where can I find out what is the allowable land use on a piece of land? (Land use, development intensity)
You can find out the land use intention for a piece of land in the current Master Plan. The Master Plan is a statutory land use plan that guides Singapore's development in the medium term for the next 10 to 15 years. Developments on individual plots of land are subject to development control guidelines administered by URA.
The Master Plan is reviewed once every 5 years.
