1.
Are TCM Practitioners required to submit the names of their clinics to the TCM Practitioners Board for clearance and approval?
Under Ethical Guideline 4.4.8 (e), the names of TCM clinics (in English and Chinese), operated by registered TCM practitioners, are to be submitted to the TCM Practitioners Board for clearance and approval.
TCM Practitioners are advised to submit the proposed names for their clinics (in both English and Chinese) to the Board for approval before proceeding to register with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), including the change of names of existing clinics.
