What is Sentosa's operating hours?
|
|
The island is open every day, including public holidays, with varying operating hours for the different attractions, retail shops, food and beverage outlets as well as transport services. If you are planning to visit our attractions, most of them are open from 9am - 10pm daily and some close as early as 6pm. The last entry is usually 30 minutes before closing time. Overnight stay on the island is not permitted unless you are staying at Sentosa Cove, the hotels on the island and during certain events which last through the night.

What are the different modes of travel into the island?
|

You may travel to Sentosa by the Cable Car, Sentosa Express, Sentosa Shuttle Bus, bicycle, taxis or cars. Please click here for more information on the charges and operating hours.

Where is the new cashless drive-in admission system installed?
|
|
The system is installed at the seven new gantry booths which are located after the causeway bridge.

How do I make payment if I am driving in or taking a taxi into the island?
|
|
Island admission (IA) and vehicle charges are deducted from the In-vehicle Unit (I.U.). Guests coming by taxi will pay for the IA charges at the end of their ride when they pay for the taxi fare. Taxis will not be charged for vehicle entry.

How do I make payment if I am cycling into the island?"

A CashCard / Autopass reader is installed at the gantry booth to allow our guests to make payment. Guests without a CashCard / Autopass will be given a payment advice and they may proceed to the Group Arrival Centre to make payment using cash, NETS or credit card."

How do I make payment if I am driving a Malaysian-registered vehicle that does not have an I.U.?
|

You may insert your Autopass card into the Autopass / CashCard reader at the booth to make payment. Guests without a CashCard / Autopass will be given a payment advice and they may proceed to the Group Arrival Centre to make payment using cash, NETS or credit card."

What if the I.U. malfunctions / CashCad has insufficient value? Can guests pay in cash?

No, motorcycles are not allowed to enter Sentosa.
