Where can private candidates get information on the GCE N(T) / N(A) / O / A-Level examination?

Why am I not allowed to combine my results obtained in different years in one certificate?
The certificate reflects the results obtained by a candidate in the year in which he/she took the examination. As such, we are unable to print results obtained in different years in one certificate.

Why are the O-Level examination dates not made known earlier?
Candidates will be able to find out the O-Level examination dates at the point when they register for their examination. The O-Level examination dates for each year's examination are usually finalised in February.

Why is the refund of the examination fees half of the subject fees paid when I have paid so much initially?
There are costs incurred in processing the withdrawal and refund requests from candidates.

Is the full refund guaranteed for those admitted to tertiary institutions or is it subject to SEAB's approval?
Candidates may apply for a full refund (less subjects which the candidates have sat for) of the examination fees if they subsequently gain admission to tertiary institutions. All letters of withdrawal from the examination must reach SEAB by 30 June. Letters of withdrawal must be accompanied by supporting letters of acceptance issued by tertiary institutions. Withdrawal and refund requests that reach SEAB after 30 June will not be accepted.
