What is the difference between the Overseas Merit Scholarship (OMS) and the Local-Overseas Merit Scholarship (LOMS)?
OM scholars will pursue their undergraduate degree in top overseas universities. Thereafter, subject to good performance, they will also be given the opportunity to read their Master's degree.
LOM scholars will read their first degree locally. If they perform well, they will be given the opportunity to read their Master's degree overseas. This way, LOM scholars have the opportunity to have a good mix of local insights and global perspectives.
