How do I file a complaint against a registered surveyor?
|
|
You can write to the Land Surveyors Board, and it should be accompanied by sufficient evidence to support the complaint. The Board may require the person making the compliant to deposit with the Board a sum not exceeding $1,000.00 to cover the costs and expenses as may be necessarily incurred by the Board in dealing with the compliant. However if the issue is a contractual matter, it should be resolved directly between the parties involved or at the mediation centre.
