Publications are largely industry self-regulated. For more details on licenses for other media, please go to MDA's website. If you require an International Standard Book Number (ISBN), or an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN), you can apply for it through the National Library Board's ISBN and ISSN webpage.

Yes, a licence is needed for any form of arts entertainment that is open to the public. You can apply for the licence from MDA.
