Fresh ITE graduates who
are Singaporeans or PRs with Nitec/ Higher Nitec from a relevant feeder course
may participate in the programme. However, only Singaporeans graduates who have
graduated within 36 months are eligible for the sign-on incentive.
Fresh graduates are
defined as those individuals who have graduated within 36 months from ITE
(based on graduation date as stated on the NITEC/Higher NITEC certificates).
Male applicants have to complete National Service to participate in the
programme. The 36 months period will start from their Operationally-Ready Date
Sarah graduated from
ITE on 1 May 2015, the date stated on her Nitec Certificate. She will be
considered a fresh graduate until 30 April 2018, which is 3 year after her

Only fresh graduates who are Singapore Citizens
will be eligible for the sign-on incentive.
Existing staff of the
participating companies who meet the fresh graduate definition are eligible for
the sign-on incentive.
