Withdrawal notice or request to attend a course on a later date must be made in writing to Worker Education Programme Dept. For withdrawal cases, the portion of course fee to be refunded is based on the date of notice as follows:- 2 weeks or more before course commencement date - Full refund- Less than 2 weeks before course commencement date - 50% refund- On or after date of commencement - No refundIn the event that the course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, full refund will be given.
Yes, funding through the Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience (SPUR) [administered by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA)] is now available for the following courses: * Coaching Skills; * Instructional Skills; * Planning & Implementing On-the-Job Training (OJT); * Test Construction & Assessment; and * Curriculum Design & Development for Skills Training
