How do I apply for the course?
You may apply personally at the Customer Service Centres, by post or through the Internet. Details are at

Is there any entry requirements for Short Courses?
There is no entry requirements in general, except for courses that require professional experience in that particular field and those that are of a higher skill level. For some courses, you will benefit more from the training if you are in the same technical line.

Are foreigners eligible for these courses?
Yes.

Are certificates awarded upon completion of the course?
You will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement at the end of the course if you attain an attendance of at least 75%.

Is there any difference in the fees for foreigners and Singapore Citizens?
No, Singaporeans and foreigners pay the same fee for Short Courses.
