Fresh ITE graduates who
are Singaporeans or PRs with Nitec/ Higher Nitec from a relevant feeder course
may participate in the programme. However, only Singaporeans graduates who have
graduated within 36 months are eligible for the sign-on incentive.
Fresh graduates are
defined as those individuals who have graduated within 36 months from ITE
(based on graduation date as stated on the NITEC/Higher NITEC certificates).
Male applicants have to complete National Service to participate in the
programme. The 36 months period will start from their Operationally-Ready Date
Sarah graduated from
ITE on 1 May 2015, the date stated on her Nitec Certificate. She will be
considered a fresh graduate until 30 April 2018, which is 3 year after her

Applicants can submit an appeal via the ITE website (www.ite.edu.sg) after the release of the DPP application results. Actual dates of the appeal period will be published on the ITE website upon release of the 2018 GCE N-Level examination results.
