I provided my email address but I did not receive any email notification of the outcome of the application. Now my application is withdrawn. What should I do?
If the email address is provided when application was submitted, the notification will be sent to the provided email address automatically. You may want to check your Spam Inbox in case it is directed there. You can also check your status online via e-VP's Enquiry Status based on the details you submitted.
Under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act (Cap 267), upon the birth of a child in Singapore, the parents must register the birth of their child at the hospital or at ICA within 14 days from the date of birth. Parents of foreign children born in Singapore are required under the Immigration Act (Cap 133) to regularise the immigration status of the child by applying for the appropriate immigration pass. In addition, parents of foreign children born in Singapore are required to obtain a travel document for the child from the Embassy or the High Commission of their nationality within 42 days from the child's date of birth.
