This is the address where the dog is registered to be kept. It can be different from your mailing address or your residential address. Please note that for (a) passport holders or (b) if your address where the dog is kept is different from the address on your NRIC, supporting documents will be required. AVA accepts only the following as supporting documents:

• A copy of the property tax paper
• A copy of the title deed
• A copy of the tenancy agreement letter
• A copy of the latest Power Supply bill, or
• An authorisation letter from the owner of the premises, together with his / her NRIC.

• Via cheque. Please cross your cheque and make it payable to 'AVA' or 'Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority'. Please indicate your NRIC number and application number/dog licence number on the reverse of the cheque. Please note that receipts will not be issued for cheque payment(s).
  
  
• For renewal of dog licence(s), please mail the cheque together with the original payment slip. If your cheque is for more than one dog licence, please attach all the payment slips to the cheque. Do not send post-dated cheques. Please ensure that your cheque reaches our office for processing before the expiry of your dog licence. Please do not send cash by mail.

You can also renew your dog licences by cash, or NETS at any Singapore Post Branches. Please present your renewal notice when making payment at Singapore Post Branches. Please note that if your licence has expired, you will not be able to renew your licence. Please also see Q8 and Q39.

• Photocopy of the front and back of the NRIC or passport
• Documentary proof of ownership/tenancy of premises if the dog is kept at an address different from that stated in your NRIC or if you are a passport holder
• Microchip certificate or equivalent document
• Sterilisation Certificate (if any)

Commercial Premises

• Photocopy of the front and back of the NRIC or passport
• A letter of authorisation from the owner of the company, with the company's stamp 
• ACRA certificate or company bio-data printout / Bizfile
• Microchip certificate or equivalent document
• Sterilisation Certificate (if any)
