Both Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club are Members of the Tote Board Group. Singapore Pools, Tote Board's wholly-owned subsidiary, is its agent for the operation of 4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep, and Football and Formula 1 betting while Singapore Turf Club, Tote Board's proprietary club, is its agent for the operation of horse racing and totalisators.

Tote Board does not have a pre-determined range for funding.
