I am not able to access the MySkillsFuture portal as I am not a SingPass holder. How can I retrieve my results online?
MySkillsFuture Portal is currently accessible by individuals with SingPass. Non-SingPass holders will continue to purchase hardcopy Statements of Results (SORs) from the Ministry of Education Customer Service Centre (MOE CSC).For more information, please refer to the section on the Purchase of SORs that is found on the following page, https://www.seab.gov.sg/home/services/purchase-of-statements-of-results.
I am a SingPass holder. Can I still purchase the hardcopy SORs at MOE CSC?
Yes, you can still purchase the hardcopy SORs at $10 per copy from the MOE CSC. However, we encourage you to retrieve the digitised past year’s examination results from the portal instead if they are available. The digitised results are secured with tamper-resistant encryptions, and employers and tertiary institutions who wish to verify the examination results of particular individuals are able to do so, by following the steps found on the SkillsFuture Singapore’s website at https://www.myskillsfuture.sg/content/portal/en/header/faqs/SkillsPassport.html.
I took my national examinations using a Foreign Identity Number, but am now a holder of a NRIC. Will my results be available online on the MySkillsFuture Portal?
The identity number that is captured in your examination records takes reference from the identity number that you have used when you sat for your examinations. To maintain the integrity of the examination records, personal data such as identification number will not be amended or replaced. Hence, you will not be able to find your results for those examinations on the MySkillsFuture Portal, when you access the portal using your new identity number. Therefore, please purchase hardcopy SORs from the MOE CSC if you require a copy of your examination results.
Will SEAB still issue the hardcopy result slips and examination certificates to the candidates?
Yes, SEAB will still issue the hardcopy result slips and examination certificates to the candidates. For school candidates, this arrangement allows the teachers to provide appropriate and timely counselling and advice to their students on the options for their next level of study. It will also provide the opportunity for schools to celebrate their students’ achievements with the whole cohort.
