You can change the subjects/papers that you have registered
without any amendment fee, if you have not paid your examination fees online
and the amendments are made before the end of the registration period.
amendments of subjects/papers after payment is made or after the registration
period, you will have to complete and email the ‘Amendment Request Form’ and email to
Ask_Us@seab.gov.sg. An amendment fee of S$20.00 (in addition to the new subject
fee) will be applicable for each amendment request made.
deadlines for amendments to registration are as follows:
GCE O- and A-Level Mid-Year Examinations - 27 March 2019
N(T)-, N(A)-, O- and A-Level Year-end Examinations - 5 July 2019
You may request to withdraw from the entire examination provided that your withdrawal letters reach SEAB before the start of the year-end written examination
Applications for withdrawal from an examination must be made in writing to SEAB via email (Ask_Us@seab.gov.sg).
An acknowledgement will be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the withdrawal request.
You may be given a 50% refund of subject fee paid (inclusive GST) if you submit your withdrawal requests to SEAB by 5 July 2019. No refund will be made to you if your request is made after the deadline.
