You are required to do a search of the marriage records maintained by this Registry, on yourself. Searches can be done online through the Search for Marriage Records.
For your information, most countries only accept the Official Search Result as a single status certificate after it is endorsed by its Embassy in Singapore and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore.

The Marriage Certificate contains records of original information at the point of marriage. The records cannot be altered or updated.
By virtue of my marriage, can my foreign spouse become a Singapore Citizen?
ROMM is in no position to advice you on immigration/citizenship matters. You may wish to refer your query to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.
What is captured in a Guardian (Wali) consent and authorisation letter?
The Wali must declare in the consent letter that he allows his ward to marry in Singapore with the proposed groom. He will also need to make a declaration appointing the Kadi as his 'Wakil' to perform the 'Akad' on his behalf in the letter of authorisation (Tawkil).
