After registering for the workshops and guided tours online, you will be directed to make payment online using a credit or debit card. 2. Who should I contact if I have difficulties completing my online payment? If you face difficulties making or completing the payment online, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. 3. If the event is cancelled, who can I contact to seek a refund of the workshop/tour fee paid? If the event is cancelled by NParks, we will make the arrangements to refund the workshop/tour fee to you. You can also email the officer-in-charge (OIC) as listed in the acknowledgement email which you had received after registration, and they will contact you shortly on the refund of the fee.
