There is no 'full' certificate.
The Ministry of Education will issue you a certificate for each sitting of a GCE 'N' or 'O' level subject or subjects that you have obtained a pass grade.
What courses are available in the General Education Programme?
The General Education Programme offers part-time courses from S1N to S5N. Subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Science, Principles of Accounts, History, Geography, Literature etc.
These courses are suitable for adult learners who seek to upgrade their qualifications up to the GCE 'N' or 'O' levels for skills upgrading and to enhance their employment prospects.
Courses are conducted from February to September/October, with lessons held once a week per subject.
Who are eligible to attend a General Education course?
Applicants must be at least 16 years old, and are Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or Non-citizen with a Work Pass or Dependant Pass.
Where are the study centres for the General Education courses?
Classes are held at ITE College Central and the CET Centres at Changkat Changi Secondary School, Unity Secondary School and Yio Chu Kang Secondary School.
